Cancellation Policy

We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or life happenings. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full session fee ($170) for late cancel/no show. Insurance and sliding scale fees are not applicable to the late cancellation fee.

Convenience Fee

A Convenience Fee of 3% will be added to cards used for fees for session or purchases made at Ebb & Flow Counseling. Those opting to pay with cash or check will not be responsible for this fee.
