Grief Support Group

Grief is something we all share as part of being human, yet it touches each of us differently. At Ebb & Flow, we hope to provide a supportive space where loss can be met with care, presence, and connection.

We invite you to join our monthly grief support group beginning in October. This  group is  designed for anyone navigating loss, whether recent or carried quietly for years.

Together, we will explore the many ways grief is expressed, in the mind, body, and spirit, through conversation, reflection, and somatic practices that gently reconnect us to our breath and bodies.

Our intention is to offer a space where participants leave each session feeling less alone, more grounded, and with practical tools to carry forward.

The group will meet in our cozy upstairs loft, surrounded by warm light and a sense of safety. Each session will include:

  • Guided practices to ease the weight of grief (including mindfulness and gentle somatic tools).
  • Opportunities to share your story, if you wish, and to listen to others walking a similar path.
  • Education on grief’s natural processes, including the emotional, cognitive, and physical ways it shows up.
  • Time for reflection, meaning-making, and community support.
