Hello, I’m Jenna! I am a Counselor in Training working towards reviewing my licensure at Cleveland State University. I am excited to complete my internship experience at Ebb & Flow Counseling.
My goal as a counselor is to create an empathetic, open-minded, and supportive space where you can uncover your natural strengths and resilience. I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and affirming environment for people with varied identities and backgrounds, including, gender, race, sexual orientation, and culture. I believe in the power of therapy to empower clients in embracing their unique identities and lived experiences. I strive to challenge societal barriers and create space for healing, resilience, and personal growth. Specializing in anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, and relationship issues, my therapeutic approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based therapy, dialectic behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, and humanistic therapy. Throughout my learning and my commitment to being a lifelong learner, I have developed an approach grounded in cultural competence, inclusivity, advocacy, and compassion. I aim to help clients navigate challenges and thrive in a world that often feels unkind or unwelcoming. Together, we’ll build a path toward self-acceptance, resilience, and empowerment.
I received my Counselor and Human Development master’s degree from Walsh University and my bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Education. I am profoundly dedicated to my wellness journey, embracing mindful living and offering a grounded, compassionate presence in my practice as I guide clients toward self-awareness and emotional well-being.
In my free time, I enjoy being active exploring the outdoors with my dog, Levi, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants and metro parks around the Cleveland area.
I look forward to supporting you on your wellness journey here at Ebb & Flow!
