CLINICAL THERAPIST

(She/Her)

*All locations offer virtual appointments.

Hi! I’m Hallie, and I’m so happy you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) at Ebb & Flow Counseling, where I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stressors. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University, and I’m passionate about helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered in every stage of their journey.

I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, balancing genuine connection with practical tools that help clients feel more confident and capable in their everyday lives. I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I especially enjoy working with teens, college students, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and women navigating stress, identity, relationships, self-esteem, and major life changes. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking for extra support, I strive to help clients feel safe, heard, and empowered while building meaningful and lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me teaching pilates, spending time outdoors, trying new coffee shops, binging reality TV, or going to concerts. I believe therapy works best when there’s a strong, authentic connection, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process!

Hallie is provisionally licensed and supervised by Leah Brett, LPCC-S.
