Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed professional clinical counselor with over a decade of experience, specializing in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through a collaborative and compassionate counseling approach. I primarily draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—evidence-based modalities that support emotional regulation, thought restructuring, and lasting behavior change.
I believe therapy is a partnership. You bring your lived experience, strengths, and goals; I bring tools, insight, and support. Together, we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy—whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, or something you’re still trying to put into words—and begin making meaningful progress toward clarity and healing.
My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can examine what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift. Using practical strategies rooted in DBT and CBT, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of direction.
Outside the therapy space, I enjoy spending time with my two greyhounds, exploring new parks and trails with my little one, reading, embroidery, and making fancy pizza!
