GLP-1 medications can significantly change appetite, digestion, and the way people relate to food and their bodies. While these medications can be helpful tools, many individuals are left without guidance on how to nourish themselves adequately, navigate side effects, or protect their relationship with food while taking them.
Nourished on GLP-1s is a clinician-led, 6-week nutrition therapy group designed to provide compassionate, non-diet support for individuals currently using GLP-1 medications.
This group is grounded in a food-freedom, weight-inclusive framework and focuses on nourishment, attunement, and sustainability — not weight loss or food rules.
