This group was created for adults so participants must be 18 years old or older. In this Monthly Art Therapy Group, participants will be using a variety of materials, techniques and interventions with a different theme each month. Art Therapist, Erin Schweibold, LPCC-S, ATR will guide you through the process of a specific planned art task to connect with your emotions and reflect on coping tools, self-exploration and healing. The group will be two parts: art creation followed by group processing. At the end of each group you will have an art creation to take home with you to continue to reflect on your healing and growth process. The workshop time will vary so participants can always plan for 1.5 hours, however it may not take the full time depending on the art task, processing and clean up. The workshop will be scheduled one Sunday of every month from Noon- 1:30 p.m. and is a $50 self-investment per session. It will be held at our Lakewood location.

Important Information about Group Rules/ Expectations: Our goal is to create a group space that is a safe and constructive experience for those attending. We have implemented the following rules and expectations to help facilitate this experience and to respect all group members in attendance and the group facilitator.
● Please sign up for group ahead of time, the group facilitator spends time setting up spaces for group and there may not be enough spaces or supplies available if you do not sign up ahead of time.
● Please arrive early to group in order to get checked in, collect your supplies, and to get settled in your seat. We have a 10 minute grace period from the start of group. After this grace period we will not allow entry of any members into the group 10 minutes past the start time of group. Any member(s) 10 minutes late or more will automatically be charged the no show fee.
● Group will end on time with a grace period of 10 minutes to finish what you are doing, mingle with other group members, and gather your things. We ask that everyone is out of the space with their personal belongings 10 minutes past the close of group.
● Please leave all supplies given for use during group behind unless the group facilitator specifically mentions
