Break Up with Dieting for Good is a virtual group to support you in healing your relationship with food and with your body through learning about intuitive eating. Intuitive Eating is centered around 10 principles to help heal our relationship with food and mindfully create a healthy relationship with feeding our bodies. This group will be beneficial for anyone who is tired of dieting and seeking to find peace with food and their body. All fees are non-refundable even if you cannot make sessions for any reason. The Intuitive Eating Workbook is required to accompany you on your wellness journey. (purchased separately).
