This support group is a safe and welcoming support group for individuals seeking to improve their mental health by focusing on self-care and self-compassion. We understand that life can be challenging, and prioritizing one’s own well-being is essential for leading a balanced and fulfilling life. Our group is designed to provide emotional support, practical tools, and a sense of community to help members navigate their mental wellness journeys.

Who Should Join:

This group is open to anyone interested in improving their mental wellness through self-care and self-compassion. Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, or simply seeking a community that values mental health, you are welcome here. No prior experience with support groups or mental health practices is necessary.

Meeting Details:

  • Frequency: 8 Sessions total- see dates below
  • Format: In-person
  • Duration: 1- 1.5 hours depending on time each session takes and topics discussed
  • Location: Lakewood Studio

Join this group and take the first step towards a more compassionate and caring relationship with yourself. Together, we can cultivate a community of individuals committed to mental well-being and personal growth. This group is a self-investment of $400 total which is $50 per session. Members are asked to make a 7/8 session commitment. All fees are non-refundable even if you cannot make 7/8 sessions for any reason.  All members will receive a new journal to utilize along their journey in this group. We hope to see you there!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel participation in group or wellness classes 24 hours ahead of time. If you attend one closed group and do not find that it is a good fit for you, please email us at hello@ebbandflowcounseling.com to forfeit your spot in the group. Most groups request a 7/8 week commitment to uphold the group process.
