We all live in a world that can be fast paced, over-stimulating, and future focused. Sometimes we are left feeling drained. Join us for an introduction into what true self-care is and learn to embrace the slower, more nourishing side of life. Each session we will explore various forms of self-care from journaling to meditating to being in nature. We will spend the first half engaging in these self-care practices, and then come together to explore how it felt and where we could implement it in our lives.
This group will be held every other Tuesday evening from 5-6:30pm starting February 4th. The group will be open to 8 members, & there will be 8 sessions total weekly. It will be a self-investment of $50 per session ($400 total) with a 7/8 session commitment. All fees are non-refundable even if you cannot make 7/8 sessions for any reason. All members will receive a new journal to utilize along their journey in this group. We hope to see you there!
